How long does the shipment of my package take?

Orders are shipped with DHL or FedEx. Check this page for the expected delivery time of your order. 

Is it possible to return my order?

This is only possible within 30 days after purchase of the product. Once you have received the product from us, you have 30 days to return the product without giving a reason. However, the products must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received them. The costs of returning the product are for the buyer!

Can I still return the product?

If your product is within the return period, you can return it. Read more about returning products to May Sparkle here.

Is it possible to change my order?

At May Sparkle we process orders every day. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can still change it. Has the order already been sent? Then you can use the returns procedure to return or exchange the product. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If you wish to return a product, the return costs are at your own expense.
